a recoreded message asking me to call back or they will issue an arrest warrent... wow this is a new level of low!

Got the same recorded message saying there was a law suite being filed against me, If i did not respond there would be an arrest warrant issued

Didn't take the call. Got a voice message delivered by a machine that says it is from Australian Taxation Office and there is a lawsuit filed against me. Request for me to call back a different number 9013 5602 (no city code).

Said under arrest. Tax fine ＄7998. Told me police will come in 20mins time to arrest me and 5 years in jail. will tell you only cash payment on BIT machine, confidentiality and so on. Also tell u if anyone asks who's on Phone then answer " Brother " .

Got a call from this number sounded like an automated Message saying that I needed to return their call and that they are from the Australian Tax Office. I’ve tried to call them back 3 times and it went no where.

I was contacted by some one claiming to be from the ATO from the Landline number (03) 9028 4505.

I was advised that I was under investigation by the ATO and will be audited. They asked to confirm my name and address which I did. After this I begun asking questions and all of a sudden they begun telling me that now they have my address they will pay me a visit and kill my family and rape my wife. They also said they were F'ing my mother last night and currently.

Automated message asking me to call department number (03) 9013 5602 or they will issue an arrest warrant.

I said I received a call and asked who was calling. He asked when I received the call and then raised his voice trying to sound intimidating. "Did you not hear when you picked up. I told you who I was. Give me your email and address. " I asked his name and he is Victor Smith. I asked which office and said "your father office" and then hung up. We complained to the police.

The call wasn't clear so called back and a bloke answered. He said it was the "Investigation division of Australian taxation ". I said "I received a call and may i know who is calling?" He tries to sound intimidating and spoke loudly saying" Did you not hear who it is when I answered? Give me your email and address." I said "no, I didn't hear you. What is your name?" He said it was Victor Smith. I asked which office he was calling from. He said "your father office"!!! And then hung up. I complained to the cops.
