Caller: "Technical department of Telstra"

Caller called my mobile phone number and claimed to be from technical department of Telstra, claimed security issues with network which needed to be resolved, with unauthorised IP addresses. When I asked what service she says I have with Telstra she said Telstra is authorised to call as they own network and other retailers are sub-vendors. When I asked which location they were calling about, caller hung up.
