Missed calls from this number and they don't leave a message

I asked where he was calling from and how he got the number and he said 'save my bills' (a company that you can't find online) and that his 'research team' gave him our number. Wanted to know about our electricity bills per quarter, our provider and our address. Wouldn't give further details and kept saying someone else will ring us. I'd say SCAM.

Kept calling advising they were from a company Solar Solutions and able to fulfil the State and Government Rebate by wishing to inspect my property and also wanting to meet in person without providing any email or information prior. Also advised calling from from 0430 634 000 to speak to their manager Ronnie Shah when I called them out.. repeatedly but line was unable to receive inbound return calls. Avoid

I called back number (03) 9021 6957 rang 2 times then goes to busy tone.
