A call from a robot on this number butted into my evening. The voice said it was conducting a survey - and then the robot hung up on me. I'm about to block the number so that it never does that to me again.

I have received 4 calls from this number in the last 10 mins. I did not answer. My husband called the number back from his phone and a recording said. “ This is a non event call back closer to the time “ ?????? I will now block the number.

I’m made a huge mistake and answered questions from a survey. Regardless of my lies I unintentionally opened the door to a holes like this cold calling me. WARNING: DO NOT DO A SURVEY. Heard the click, woman on the phone said it was a Government initiative for hot water rebate...

Politely declined offer and hung up.

Got a call on the home phone and hung up, minutes later got the same call on a mobile and hung up. Disgusting to have our evening disrupted, and such an invasion of privacy.

What is dodgy though, even more than the invasive nature of the cold call is that my Facebook account received a friend request only two hours prior - two scams/hacks in one day? Coincidence or not? Have others received fake friend requests from their own family or friends AND a call from this number?
