Caller: Political Party

It was a political party conference call. If you hung on, you could ask questions of the Federal Government representatives.

Left indecipherable voice message on several calls. Foreign accent says call later after start time when call returned.

I didnt answer but called 4 times in a row at 7pm. No message left

I called back number (03) 9021 6846 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Ido not know for sure what this ca was but definitely an overseas accent. Female giggled and made some joke about skin bumps. I couldn't understand what she was saying but she thought she was wasting my time and that she was very funny leaving me a message.
