This number belongs to a company that ensures your smoke detector is okay and safe - recommended through my Real Estate agents - very legit and handy. Unsure why they get so many bad reviews to be honest

This company is hired on behalf of the real estate agency or landlord to have your home checked for smoke detector compliance if you rent. I've had a few of the different companies that service smoke alarms over the years come to my house but detector inspector actually do it properly by using imitation smoke and recording the sound level of the alarm with a decibel meter. They seem like the only ones actually doing it properly, I had others that just push the test button and replace the battery and then leave. Glad to have them in my home.

Illegitimate calls from someone who we have no idea with. Serious privacy breach with unknown intentions. Dangerous!! Check it out n watch out.

I can’t work out if this place is legit or not, but I am always suspicious when I get a cold call from someone saying they are contracted by my ‘Real Estate Agent’ but not naming the Real Estate Agent. In this day and age of cyber crime and scams, I’d rather hear from my Estate Agent first to let me know to expect a call. Or for the person calling me to have the actual details of my agent. Way too vague. No thanks.

You dont have to awnser these calls and you dont have to allow access:especially during a pandemic,you dont have to explain yourselves to this interfering company,they are invading your privacy:simple:and they are contractors as the call centre is in the phillipines

Something is off about the way the calls and texts are happening. What’s the point of calling too many times if the customer is not interested? Its pure harassment. Company may be legitimate but surely not professional.

I had already had the inspection carried out by their person and they have not stopped calling another 2 weeks after trying to book again - very difficult to deal with.

Constant harassment, real estate pushed the point for inspection. Guy turns up, changed battery with their own brand of 9.6v, then sprays it with some mystical product and guess what! It doesn’t work! Needs replacement. I’d changed the battery 2 weeks prior and it did work!! Leaves a temporary alarm till they send back an electrician to install a new one. What a rort 😡

Another corporation apparently setup by the real estate to rip people off.
Sending people that’s aren’t certified and licensed. Sucking people into contracts.

Wonder what the real estates kick back is?

.tired of their harassment constantly..so i rang this number not saying who i was and this person said hello to me by full name.when i asked how he knew who this was he stated my name shows up office phone...WTF..THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

same as a lot of people on here: phoning from melbourne (i am in sydney) on a saturday (at 6pm) saying they need to book a time to check the smoke alarms... my agent has not requested this at all and another company handles this via the strata. I think they cold call in the hope of fooling people and getting business. they did not know my name or the address of the property. so they aren't THAT legit

legit company but so annoying, block on one number theyll find you on another. often booked by real estates on your behalf, and often cant follow through on their schedules and have to rebook.

Why they are calling during COVID19 restrictions? Received per-recorded messages every 1min ( 5 msgs ). It's a harassment! Had to block them, So unprofessional!

Legitimate company but they harrass you even when they have been told by the real estate company they are not to continue to make contact during the pandemic. So unprofessional.

Caller: An electronic voice generated computer.

They go direct to the tenant's phones, even though the number were on the Do Not Contact Register. When the smoke alarm was inspected, the tech banged the ladder against the wall on entry, pushed past me without any excusing himself. A new battery inserted even though the previous company had replace the batter three weeks earlier. Also the tech inspected the tap water saying it in now state law. Then three weeks later they want to return to inspect the window to ensure they are fireproof. Their phone system suggest that a computer generates a programmed voice to respond on the answers.

Legitimate call, legitimate business. I am in Melbourne CBD and my property manager has arranged for the regular smoke detector check up. Very easy to talk to.

this company just wont stop calling to check that smoke alarm even during pandemic lockdown. Too many calls, email and text message.
