This person was extremely rude and abusive. It was obviously a scam as he wanted bank details.

This person wasn’t asking personal bank details but was able to provide them unknowingly how info obtained. Bank confirmed definitely scammers and not from bank

Caller claimed was from bank fraud department. They were able to provide a lot of personal information correct (that wasn’t told to them during call) which made them very believable. Became abrupt when questioned them. Ended call and went to bank branch who confirmed a scam and unapproved transactions attempted. Bank staff very helpful. Makes me so angry! These criminals are getting smarter and smarter
