Apparent ACSC (Australian Cyber Security Centre). SCAMMERS. Called the number back and got "Koala Asia Pacific" which I was told, the number didn't belong to them. Upon further communication with the Technical Department, there had been complaints regarding said 'scam and number', which the are already investigating. Just a serious heads up: DO NOT LET ANYONE REMOTE ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER!! IF YOU DO YOU ARE AT RISK OF SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES, FOR EXAMPLE, SERIOUS VIRUS INFECTION, SPAM OR SERIOUS OFFENCES AGAINST YOU FROM THE ACTUAL POLICE, FBI, CIA, ETC. DUE TO THESE 'SUPPORTERS' ACCESSING ILLEGAL SITES OR OTHERWISE. YOU ARE ALSO AT RISK OF LOSING ALL OF YOUR MONEY, AS WELL AS YOUR 'LIFE', DUE TO FRAUD (IDENTITY THEFT). They keep calling. They don't speak if you answer your phone. They are scammers.

Received call at 4.38am,no one answered when we said hello. As my wife is not well I had to call an ambulance shortly after because her blood pressure went thru the roof and tightness in the chest. If I could get my hands on these idiots I would hang them up by the short and curleys.

Peter claimed to be from Telstra and assuming I have Windows, tried to get me to press 'Win' + 'r' for some reason, and eventually tried to get me to download Teamviewer to get remote access to my computer. Eventually I was handed over to Linux expert Nash and tried to install Anydesk instead, also for remote access.
