I trusted them they sounded o professionalI downloaded some stuff but took it out asapThey didn't get my crdit card # or anything like thatSo it should be fine right????Nothing has happened yetIt's been almost 24 hours.Thanks for replyingI don't know much about computersthey walked me through it.So it should be fine right????

got a phone call from an Asian lady telling me I had virus problems that could delete all my files if left untreated, she asked me to log in and then proceeded to walk me through a program, when completed she asked me to send a message to "winsollutions @ gmail.com" to say "I am satisfied with the service" when this was done she notified me that I would now be transferred to a technician,if I wished to continue to rectify the problems she had shown me on my screen.this was to be done by the Logmein Rescue, Ccalling themselves "Windows System Repair Service", this lady kept insisting that I did not tell her anything about myself or what I was writing, then she said the technician would now be the only person to be in contact with me, this person called himself James Watson, and I could watch what he was doing, which I did for some time, then Mr Watson (technician) handed the file over to a Fredrick Jones and he did file updates, all this was recorded on the screen, I hold a copy of all the transactions, but I had to give them my visa card No so that they could take $190 out of my account. It was not until the next day (Saturday 29/01/20011) that I found out that this is a scam.

even i got a call from this guys teling me about my problems about the software and told me to go for a 3 yrs plan for $190 and i used my visa card to pay them,after paying them there was one guy named fredrick joneswho  took the control of my computer on remote way n he instaled some software and now i see my computer is runing much more faster and i am also coverd with anti virus,so i dont think they are scam because they helped me get rid of my problems and also assisted me when i called them on this number..

Just got a call with no number display and they said they were the Windows Service Centre and they received a report that we had downloaded malicious files.  I didn't trust it, thought it was telemarketing, and they gave me this number to call them back on.  I won't call them, but was curious to see if anyone else had heard from them.

How do they access my computer????

I got a call from the above number telling me that he works for Windows Operating System Service dept. whose task is to inform people that their system is being attacked by a some kind of downloaded software that slows down the system gradually.  The guy named Mark explained to me the reason for his call is to help me get rid of the cause.  

Since the landline phone was far from where my PC was, I asked his number (he gave me the above number) and he insisted that i call straight away using my mobile.  Something within me prompted me to check the number and i got the messages from this site telling me that it is a scam.  Then, when i rang their number I asked the name of the company and they said it's Windsupports Solution.  I checked the name with ABR & ASIC, there was no listing.
