Computerised voice stating call was from the ATO regarding a law suit against me. Asked me to call back on this number.

An American computer generated voice claiming to be from the ATO... Claimed a lawsuit and said I must call back or have an arrest warrent issued and be gaoled.

Was already on the phone to the ATO so they confirmed dodgy and have reported it.

I just received a call from "061390163866" on my mobile, recorded voice message stated a call from ATO. I hung up straight after I heard "ATO". Scam for sure. (1) ATO could contact me via MyGov if they need anything; (2) Everyone read newspapers would have read the news about these kinds of scam calls; (3) I work in the Telecommunication industry, the callerid already sold them out. Pay attention if you see a call from a phone number begin with "061". I normally just reject those calls.
