Leaves voice message threating legal action and arrest from tax dept if you don't call back, checked with ATO who advise not true and this is a potential scam

I did not answer the call from this number however they left a message. They repeated their phone number and said that if I did not call them back they would issue an arrest warrant. They didn't bother to mention what the arrest warrant was for and I have blocked the number
