That just happened to us too. Seemed very dodgy. Did anything happen afterwards?

a company trading under the name of glow green came to my place and replaced floodlight globes with new LED globes as part of the government free replacement program (so they said)
the paperwork they left behind provided is fiction ie web site ABN number don't exist and the phone number they provide doesn't answer
