Caller: "telstra tech support" These people claim to be from Telstra Tech Support - they get you to google 'show my IP address' and make scary claims that your IP address is hacked and at risk.
When asked to confirm any details about my identity or account with Telstra, they hung up.
Do not give out ANY personal information on the phone.

It is an absolute scam if you dont believe me google the code that they suggested you put in. EVENTVWR. You will see the scam. Also, look at the English of those who have said that they think this company is good. They are from India themselves and probably put up by the company.\

I agree. They are very good people who have been helping me. After I enrolled my name in their registers, I called them twice in 3 weeks but they still helped me a lot. Now I think I have a whole IT department of myself. I spoke to Benjamin and if you people really want to know who they are, just speak to Ben, he is the best person.

A very genuine company. These guys helped me a lot and removed each and every problem of my computer. I spoke to Benjamin Walker. He was a very nice gentleman and he was very patient with me. He showed me each and every problem of my computer and he fixed it too. I would advice people to go through this company. its : winsupportonline (03) 9016 0790 Speak to Ben
