I called back the number 2 times. Firstly picked up but did not speak and hang up.
Second time did not pick the phone let it ring.

There was a message saying they would arrest me if I don't call back. Someone has nothing better to do than wasting other people's time.

A lawsuit had been filed and if I didn’t respond an arrest warrant would be issued.

Caller: Claiming to be the Australian Tax Office

A computer generated voice claims that they are calling from the ATO.

Alleging that if I don't call back this number (03) 9015 9819 they will issue an arrest warrant.

The call seem to be originating out of Melbourne as per caller ID.
