My internet connection is being hacked by overseas people and will be suspended for three months according to the female robotic voice. If I want to keep it active then I need to call this number. Odd that I'm getting these calls at the same time as the ATO scam calls from (03) 9018 5565.

Symbio Networks www.symbionetworks.com is the VoIP provider for this number. So give them a call on 1300 789 653 and ask them to stop the scammers

Complete Scam calls every day ..Don't answer it.. they will mess your life up.

Said that there was an ATO law suit filed against me and that an arrest warrant would be issued if I didn’t contact them. Searched the number online and it led me to here so I’m assuming it’s just another form of a scam.

Caller: Dave Johnson

Dave Johnson said he was from Telstra Head Office and my computer had been hacked. Said he was tech support and would go through with me to fix the problem. Even gave a reference number to my partner to give me for when I could call him back from when he had rang earlier. The phone number he gave is (03) 9015 9422. The reference number was E00T0058.

Caller: Telstra (I don"t think so) !!!!!

Recorded voice message similar to earlier posters. Then new messages saying that my internet has been suspended for the next 3 months (if you are reading this, you know how accurate that statement is!), and to call them back on (03) 9015 9422 or press 1 to get a Telstra technician.

Caller: Says Telstra Corporation

Female robotic voice left message every day for past three weeks saying internet will be suspended for three months because it’s being hacked by someone overseas and to phone Telstra Ltd on (03) 9015 9422 for a technician to fix. I never answer the calls.

Odd that they say that they are a telstra technician and that my modem is compramised, they nearly had me fooled, rang telstra to check, nobody from there had rung me, logged it as scam watch but they just keep ringing. Luckily for me I worked for Telstra and when I questioned him he hung up on me.

yes a new Telstra INTERNET scam to add to others, robotic female voice , please ignore them or report to scam watch website. Must have been the same people who rang at 8.20pm and did not leave a message

If I have time I try to waste as much of their time as possible and pretend that I am not tech savvy. Asking them again and again to speak clearly can be fun. "Sorry the kettle's boiling I'll be back in a moment." then going away for hours. Ask them to ring back. Otherwise resort to abuse or use a high pitch whistle. I hate them.
