Apparently, it was someone calling from the "Australian taxation office" about a court order being filed against me. If I don't get back to them, they will have to issue a warrant for my arrest.

Scammer for sure, just got the same message as above.

The same happened to me. While they on call with me and helping me where can I get a digital card that they told me is the best way to pay the overdue amount, I went to police stations near me and ask a police officer to speak to them. They hangup when the police officer asked for some information.

I missed the call and found that there was a voice message left. It was the exact same thing as posted by Victoria. A computerised male voice claiming from the Australian Tax Office saying there was a law suit against me and I need to call back 3 9015 9371. I deleted the voice mail after hearing it.

Tried calling them back a few times to find out using a different phone and no one was answering and then eventually the phone was switched off!
I recorded the number and barred it from my phone....if they call back, I’ll be reporting them to the police!

Be carefull dont answer or reply just another scammers call,just report the number to ato ,Ato already warned as for this type of scammers.
