Had a missed call from this number, rang and got The Smart Group, message said it was to do with a service they provide and to push 1 to speak to an operator, spoke to Tory who said if it was important they would ring me back, not very helpful and wouldnt divulge what they did

I got a call from this number today asking to sell adult toys. I said I was disgusted but they persisted and stated that they were from smart adult industries and was all legit, I then hung up the phobe

This number has tried a few times tho i will not answer numbers that are private or do not show up with a name, i also suspect that they have tried ringing me on my home number as well, thank god for my answering machine so can screen calls!!  No messages, no phone pick up from me.  Do you read this, sale reps??

I'm in Brisbane too. These guys keep calling me. I picked up once. Some guy who knew my name & my work address. Asked to be put through to electrical or something. I told him he had the wrong number, he mumbled something, said he'd try again later and hung up. Very annoying.

My mother picked up this number, although I could hear it from the handset. I was immediately put on my guard when I heard girlish laughter before the voice announced she was from "Smart Energy" and asked if we had changed our bulbs to energy savers. I motioned to cut the call off and my mother quickly said she wasn't interested and hung up.I noted the number (03) 9015 7355) and, like I always do, ran it through Google. Found this site. Called the number back and got an answering machine that said it was "Integral Energy" and that they were closed.Whenever I get a call that doesn't seem right, see if you can get the number (if one has caller ID). You lose nothing by typing it into Google (or your preferred search engine) and seeing what pops up. I once got a prank call, and fell into it but noticed that the person hadn't put their mobile phone on private. Ran the number through Google and found their Whitepages entry. Not only do I know their name and address, I recognised the details - I go to uni with the guy. I know what he looks like and what his house looks like. While I haven't taken any action, should anything happen, his details will be happily provided to authories. That, or his house will be egged.

A lady called around 11:30am, wanting to give discount for the electricity, she asked for the bill. I said I don't have it right now, she asked to arrange a time to call back.

These scammers have been calling for a while. They use the missed call thing a lot,but get this, I have just purchased a block of land and they called and left a message that there was an issue with the purchase and I needed to call them back.Only trouble is they claimed the house is on the land boundary, and there is no effing house! He also left a digit out of the phone number in his messageso You have to call the number on your mobile from caller id.He has called back leaving no message.He identified himself as Roger Mc Donald in the dodgy phone message.And when you ring their number, you get a message that they can offer you a service.Folks check out SCAMBAITER.COMHe has a ball with these guys and its good to see them get what they deserve.Anyway if anyone else relates to this dodgy call please post here
