Just had the exact same experience. There is a lot of info on Scamwatch about these calls. Watch out people.

Call came up on landline phone as "OVERSEAS". There was the usual delay before a female voice with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent came on the line. There was a lot a background voices suggesting she was at a Call Centre. She told me she was calling from Telstra because I had not responded to emails from them about someone was trying to hack my computer via the Internet. She said she could help me fix the problem over the phone. I kept her on the line and asked where she was located and she gave a street address in Melbourne. She sounded like she was reading poorly from a script. I asked if I could call her back and she gave me the number (03) 9015 4316. I did not call her back and instead told her that she is a scammer, to never call me again, and hung up. Comments on another website show similar comments to mine concerning a call received from (03) 9015 4316.
