I recived a call from this number , they told me they are calling from Australian Goverment Direct and his name Mr. Richard Lee , and  Iam entiteld to get $4851 from goverment , my application Code is RM 146,  and he said you have to pay tax $199 in post office , and later we will  send you a cheque by mail from goverment .

I need Help to find out is this right person or wrong . Thank you
