what all s**t you are doing c people really have the problem in the computer and they will go on for the service as the local technicians are not capable of. Ok so it is useless discussion so please take care of this

This phone number was given to me by a "company" calling themselves "Live Windows Support".
The told me that they could tell that my computer had malicious files, and they persuaded me to allow a technician to remotely remove those files.
The got me to pay for 3 months "service" by this company.
I had a very uncomfortable feeling about it all, and asked them to  terminate my "contract" and demanded part payment of the price that I paid - which they did, eventually forward to my account.
A man from the "company" phoned me, this week, to say that even though I had received back part of the price, nothing had changed, and I was still free to access their services.
I have told them that they are a scam, and they continually tell me that they are a genuine company.
The Australian, Indian and American addresses that their website (www.livewindowssupport.com) gives are genuine addresses, but there is no company listed for the Indian and American addresses, and the Australian address is listed to be for a contract electricions company.
