I got that call on my mobile today too. The American accent also sounded odd for the ATO to use. Definitely a scam

Robotic voice left a voicemail that if not responded to the call an arrest warrant will be issued against me. Didn't identify themselves and didn't specify any reason for arrest. Definitely a scam call for fleecing unsuspecting victims.
