i called back number (03) 9014 8426 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

I just got a new mobile number. Have not given it out and got a call from this number. Can assume it’s a nuisance caller

She had a slight european accent
Sounded very windy in the background

An Indian accent speaking to me, but weird thing is - it was delayed phone connection. I would say it is scam.

Don't answer it. It is screening your number for spam calls.

Pick up the call and only connected after a few seconds. A lady with mild accent said she is calling about the power bill and asked if I'm the one taking care of it. I said no, not me and she HANG UP! RUDE!

Claiming to be from an energy company. Sourced from India can hear its of other telemarketers in the background. Call at random annoying times. Scam call.

Started talking about bill rates going up, didn’t get where they worked or their name they didn’t even ask for my name address ect.. they were saying they will give me a higher discount (they offered lower than I currently have) but then she tried to pass me across to some guy. I just hung up. Sounded dodgy as. I’d say scam.
