they said they were Amazon Prime and were going to take $39.95 from my bank account, automated message. i pressed 1 to speak to an operator, couldn't understand a word. i asked them if they were scamming people with this, she coughed continuously down the phone and hung up.

It was a voice changer saying if I didn't call back they would issue me with an arrest warrant... yeah, that's not how it works.
