I did answer this once, said no to every question. Two weeks later received a mobile Internet device, sent it back untouched. It took me three months of talks (receiving bills) to cancel it, never paid a cent anyway. In the end they cancelled everything, but wasn't easy.My advice, do not answer or just hung up as soon as you hear the Indian/Sri Lanka/pushy accent.

I had a missed call. When I rang the number back they said they were an outsource company working for Optus.. They can get f***ed in my opinion.

Receiving these calls regularly, not only wasting my time wearing down my phone battery, interrupting me in the middle of tasks and generally annoying me. This sort of approach to marketing is not helping you Optus...
