Caller: PH Group Adam Taylor

Caller who asked for the owner of the business by name. The caller Adam Taylor, claimed to have talked to the owner and said they talked a couple of months back. He Wanted to set up a meeting with the owner as he was in Victoria now and had missed a meeting with the owner, all of which the owner knew nothing about. He also mentioned a contractor that we worked with.

I believe (07) 2142 3467 should be added to the list. PH Group (if you try to return the call it goes to a voicemail for PHMG). Will, British accent, repeatedly calling trying to speak with the owner. Won't speak with anyone else or provide the reason for his call.

Caller: Regan

Calls the business owner constantly and also calls our general telephone number every day or so. Asks for business owner and other managers by name, says he was calling from PH Group. Seemed very inconvenienced when unable to speak to owner about their hold music products

Regan from (02) 8526 4987 from PH Group. He makes like he knows the owner (me) and explains that the music on hold on our support line is bad and customers hate it. He also dropped names of other similar companies, suggesting that the owners of those recommended he call me. Annoying lies!!

Has rang twice asking for me by name wouldnt leave a message and when I tried to call back I was told the number (08) 6385 2676 was not in service

it would seem they are now using (08) 6385 2676 when tried to call back operating told me the number was not in service. This is the 2nd time Adam from PH Group
has called and asked for me personelly and would not leave a message.

Must have left 50 voicemails for me. Everyone he calls I block his number. Clearly doesn’t get the hint.

Now calling from (07) 2111 3906 - same as above. Name dropped and claimed to have met with the owners last month. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Boss had trouble getting him off the phone. **Tip - tell them you are running an old analogue phone system.

Max from PH Group called they're ow using the number (03) 7042 3416, but at least he didn't lie and say he knew the owner, he actually said he didn't know him but wanted a meeting with the owner re: some financial services company (that apparently the owner knew of - he didn't).

Said that the owner asked him to call him back. Seemed very inconvenienced when unable to speak to owner.

Just had the same thing happen

Called and asked for Director's by name. Said his name was Regan from PH group and spoke to the Director's a few months back so they should remember him. I knew it was a marketing call so said they were both in a meeting and advised I would pass on a message. Called using number (07) 3184 6014.

Called and asked for business owner by name, said he was calling from PH Group regarding (a local competitor) and that my boss would know all about it. He gave the number (07) 3063 0754 to call back. Business owner has never spoken to him before.

'Geoff Collins' from PH group called wanting to speak to owner of the business and knew his name. Claimed it was regarding Jacinta Thomas who is not known to this business. Number starting in 3063

Jeff Collins calls every couple of weeks claiming he is from PH Group. Wants to speak to the owner of the business. When asked questions about what the call is about he becomes aggressive. He is very rude and will never get through to any of my bosses. Jeff needs to give up and stop calling. Total scammer. They are now using a Brisbane number 3036 6266.

Caller: PH Group - Frank

Frank called and asked for our company directors by name - was very familiar and gave the impression they had spoken previously and would know who he was. Neither knew him and when I tried to get further information he became very secretive and tried to stay on hold rather than leave a message. Sooooooooo dodgy.

Wanted to speak with owner, asked for him by name and then said another business owner in town (provided his name) had a meeting with my business owner and him a few months back, and wanted to catch up. Owner knew nothing about it. He has called twice today.

Called several times asking by name for an old manager like he was his long lost friend. Called again asking for the new manager - same story. Rude, aggressive, smart alec, horrible people who make out that you're doing the wrong thing. They need to change their sales tactics in a HUGE way.. Why would you even consider doing business with disgusting people like that.
