Called and looking for owner directly, not saying any names or companies. Just randomly and very aggressive looking for owners.

Caller: Callum Mcdermott

Called asking to speak to the manager by name, said it was time sensitive as he was in the area. He recited a bunch of companies that he's worked for and then said that the manager would know who he was. Didn't give his name without prompting, didn't want to leave a message (besides to call him back urgently), and when I asked for the best contact number to get back to him on, he didn't seem to know what his number was and said just to use what came up on the caller id.

Called asking to speak to the CEO by name, said it was time sensitive as he was about to leave the building. When asked for his name, he didn't answer but kept asking if the CEO was available. I told him he was in a meeting. He wanted to know how long he would be. I advised I was not sure. I asked his name again. He then said he can't be too long. I asked his name again. He gave Callum McDermott. He did not want to leave a message and said he had the CEO's mobile number and could call him when he was free. Wanted to know when his meeting would finish. I asked whether I could help him but he said no. I asked what it was regarding and he said it was regarding (gave name of well known company in our industry). Said the CEO would know what he was calling about as they had had previous discussions.
When I asked for the best contact number to get back to him on, he didn't seem to know what his number was and said just to use what came up on the caller id. I said I couldn't see it so he checked "with the lady here" and gave me this landline number. The CEO has never heard of Callum McDermott. Nor has anyone in our Sales Team.

this same chap called our company too, he was actually really polite and courteous towards me, i put him through to my boss and we now use his company for what they do. PHMG they're called!

Caller: Kyle Chapman

This number has been trying my mobile for the last few days. Today they called the landline at work and a 'Kyle Chapman' left a message for me to call him back on this number re a 'd*ck Thornton' at 'Southern Group'

Caller: Mark Bezic

Called asking to speak to the owner and recited their name, said he was Mark Bezic from PH Group, when asking for more information before transferring, he said "Just mention my company name and they'll know who I am". Owner didn't know this person, and they hung up before I could get back to them
