I had a missed call from this number .so I put ph on private and called back a guy with a thick Indian accent said hello australian tax department. Scammer

Scammer saying they were from the tax office and a warrant for my arrest had been issued etc etc. total crap.

Robocall pretending to be from ATO.

The recorded message requests you to press 1 to talk to ATO staff, then the call is directed to a scammer that will try to extort you.

Apparently there’s a warrant out for my arrest because I haven’t paid my tax.
It was a barely literate auto message.
Obvious scam.

Scam call. Automated voice left a message- said it was a time sensitive bank issue and I needed to call them back straight away as mail delivered to the address had been returned undelivered
