Caller: Simon Brandon Simon called & said he was from NetWizard who we have an account with. Said he was sending an invoice for hosting. Seemed very genuine but he is not an employee of NetWizard. Do not pay anything to this man.

Caller: Simon Brandon i got scammed. He called me representing netwizard, and sounded very legit, knowing too much info for a non associated company member. He proceeded to explain that my hosting plan was upgraded and sent invoice through for payment. Nothing looked unusual. I was just in the preliminary stages of netwizard building my web site, so nothing rang alarm bells!

Caller: Simon Brandon Simon called me this morning wanting to update our renewal for NETWIZARD. He did this a year ago too. Spoke to the real NETWIZARD. It is a scam.

Wanted payment for hosting two domain names with a credit card. Worst still he rang on behalf of the actual company I use. There was something sus about it so I reported it to the actual web hoster who didn't know anything about it. The scammer said that it would cost $490 which included website upgrades.

Caller: Didn't catch the name Guy called and said that Netwizard hosted my domain name and emails. Which it does not. He wanted me to pay the annual fee, which he said I paid last year. Not true. I said send me the proof that I paid this last year. I'm still waiting. Netwizard do host my website but that was not what he was after. Could be very confusing for some people. He tried calling this morning and I looked this number up and that is how I found this thread. Beware!!
