This is a SCAM! This guys got my sons DOB, bank details, bank card details, email address, home address... And has since taken $367 twice out of his bank account, and attempted again to direct debit his account through western union. Police have been contacted, Western Union are investigating and have put this person on their hotlist. BE CAREFUL! If he has accessed your computer, he knows your internet banking passwords, passwords to your email... Everything u do on there.

I spent 3 hours with Justin from "Telstra IT Tech. Support yesterday where they removed 16000 error messages - and infected updates?? Lost control of my notebook for most of that time but he was still contactable on the number. There was need to give credit card details for a $5,95 program registration charge, which caused complications After it was all over and me seeing some brief questionable Western Union activity pop up on screen in middle of the blank screen processing, I checked my visa account and there was a preservation on $367 for WU Sydney. I contacted them and they said it was a virus that enabled scammers to access the card details. this has been reported and the card cancelled The computer is working better but I don't know if I have been had!
