who is calling from this number

i got a call from this number, first off i was assured they weren't selling me anything, then went into a speil about an entry opportunity into thoroughbred. so i said so your selling me an investment then, didn't you say you weren't trying to sell me anything, without saying another word she hung up. i would like to find out who they are cause i would take them to the ACCC for intentionally misleading product statements
