Caller: Very dodgy Indian male

Indian man offering Government sponsored hot water units (free) but he still wanted my Debit Card details. You cannot return his calls because he's disappeared behind this "number disconnected number".

Rang once then hung up, twice.

Spam/Scam call. Number is disconnected, so spoofed caller ID being used.

Scammer using fake caller ID. Disconnected mobile message when returning a missed call from this number.

Stating they are calling about government grants to upgrade hot water services… annoying… they don’t stop calling. Always from a different number. As soon as you block one number they call you on a different one
