Just got a call from this number again, have had calls from this number before, I have just made a complaint to the government through the donotcall site which the government provides, hopefully something will happen.

Complaint about Simply Tel! Be careful with Simply Tel !!!! I signed up with Simply Tel and soon after they increased their call rates. When I tried to get out of the contract Simply Tel told me I should have read the contract properly - it is subject to rate changes. They refused to release me from the contract without charges.
