I also have been called twice by this number. Green Solar or something. Could it be Telstra or other phone companies pushing up our bills.

I had a hang up from this number, called back and got a recording, the name of the company conveniently cut out while being said then telling me i may be recorded, then hanging up on me. called back a few times, each time the company name was cutting out, not interference - intentional i dare say!

Called number got recored voice saying I have called Live Green Solar and may be recorded, then hangs up

I just received a call from this number as well. When I picked it up it went off. I won't call it back for sure. Or at least not from the mobile.

Third call in two days, phone rings twice and then they're gone. I'm not game to call them back in case it's a repeat of that vodaphone "call us back so we can sell you an iphone' salespitch.
