Something to do with Optus. When I called back to cancel my plan changes they had promised to make (but hadn't, and Optus told me would incur cancellation fees and handset payments) 'Michael' got quite rude & said 'if you want to pay an extra $30 a month for 3 months, that's fine, goodbye'
