Girl rang and asked to talk to Pamela.No prempt, just "is Pamela there" When I asked where she was from she said the National Bank Credit Line. I asked her why she did not identify herself when calling and she didn't have an answer. She appeared to be very unprofessional and I told her I would be following up with the National Bank. I have had this call before asking for another name. I believe they keep going until they get lucky with a name.

(03) 8872 2000 is the number of NAB Financial Planning. They rang my on the home phone on that number just after the 1000 number rang on my mobile. Don't think that's a coincidence!

Mobile rang 1 or 2 rings then stopped. Didn't try ringing back.

They call at least twice a day 7 days a week no idea who they are no message and you can't call them back it's a pain in the a--- even if you pick up the call they hang up
