Some place trying to get your information by telling you they have better deals, I'm not silly and didn't fall for it, but I went on for a bit just to see what it was about. Definitely a scam.

Probably because a previous owner of this number defrauded her clients then skipped the country and moved to Dubai.

Definitely some sort of scam. If not, just a nuisance number. Even if you block they'll try and ring on a similar number. No point answering - and sometimes when you do they immediately hang up.

Told her I don’t have energy bills, I don’t pay bills and I’m homeless...she hung up!

Ta. I did not bother replying when 0 message was left.

I did not answer for their first call, they left silent message.
Very dodgy, just ignore and block the number.
