Caller: Smart Offer Missed call. Went to voicemail. The caller obviously did not undertand they were on voicemail. Called back with my number blocked and was met with an automated message saying “welcome to Smart Offer” tried to use the commands to remove my number from their calling list and was met with another automated message saying I had to be “authorised to do so”.
Waited in line to speak to a representative (with my number blocked) - no one picked up the call for many minutes.
Seems heavily like a scam.

I called back number (03) 8820 8550 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.
