Trying to check on power

Called my partner's mobile trying to 'check our power account'.
He said he wasn't interested, and they are now ringing him every 30 minutes.
He has threatened to call the ombudsman.
Very annoying.

Called at 3.45pm today. Did not leave any message.

They just keep on ringing, so annoying.
