Just starting selling them (fake) stuff back. I always start switching what I'm saying into "sales guy" mode and start asking for their Credit Card and using the same fast-paced salesy talk back to them. Hahah. We have a blast. Turn it into a positive and just have fun, it annoys the hell out of them. It's the only way we're going to get revenge on them over here in Australia. The best one is to pretend you couldn't hear them and ask them to repeat it. Then let them get to their "full" spiel (it's about 2 sentences into their script). Let them read it all out again. You should be able to get them to repeat it at least one more time. (They'll be annoyed by this point). Then once they've finished it - ask them to repeat everything, from the whole beginning, all over again and tell them to say it all 3 times really fast. Hahaha. Try to be as serious as you can. Hahah The other one we love doing is when I put on a serious adult voice, and then when they get to their "spiel" where they're going to ask me some random stuff and "is this alright with you, sir?" I then reply "ok, but just give me a moment - I need to ask my mum for permission". Then pause, and wait for their awkward response (I love that part, usually it's "oo--oo-kay" in a confused reply). Then literally start calling out "muuuuummm!!! Mummmmmm!!! Maaaaa" in the background. Hahaha. If you can keep yourself from laughing, the best is if you come back to the phone and say (in your whiniest teenagery voice) "awwww she won't let meeeeee" and just wait for their reaction (don't hang up, just wait for the reaction, then hangup when the novelty wears off and you get bored).

These organisations are F@cked! They are part of some connected database and access our numbers and try to scam us to join up with them. There are so many of these sh!tters out there. They are cunning f@ckers too, if you block them, they use other numbers to harass you. Obviously, they are off-shore overseas companies (India? Philippines?) because as fellow commenters have informed, they call at any time of the day or night!

Getting daily calls from these guys. To the point I answered one day and said "Hi this is Matt from Lifestyle Benefits" the operator was confused and answered that he was from Lifestyle Benefits. I asked him if he had life insurance and still dazed and confused he answered no and hung up on me!

Message left saying they were from the ato and if I didn't ring back there would be legal action. Didn't use our names. Clearly a scam
