Calls frequently, every day. Won’t leave a message, and I refuse to answer such calls

Calls everyday same time. I answer... hear nothing and then an automated voice that says “goodbye” and then it hangs up. I’ll be blocking now. Says it’s originating from Ringwood, Victoria when it comes up on my phone.

Claims to be calling from Vistal home services, call regarding 2019-2020 government bonuses and tax loopholes for home owners.

This number (03) 8814 2014 has called 5 times in the past few days. Called again today. Has never left a message and so I have blocked this number.

Called almost twice a day, when answered, there is no response. I am blocking this number now.
