Happens often, have blocked it but still reoccurs

I answered the phone, they asked for me by name. The caller had a foreign accent and was difficult to understand due to the poor connection and background (call centre) noise.
Doing a survey about employment and home ownership. Tried to get the name of the company, but couldn't understand the answer, possibly Survey Australia.

I also had a call from this number. As soon as I answered hung up

received missed call , returned call and number disconnected

Rang and when answered hung up straight away.

Keeps calling. No-one at other end, says number disconnected when return call

Called, female with foreign accent. Asked for my wife by first name then asked to speak to me (knew my surname).Very bad line (skype type call) Apparently trying to sell me something. I hung up and will block the number on my phone.

I called back number (03) 8805 0917 rang once then goes to busy tone.

phone rang. nobody there. I believe (03) 8805.. numbers are spam 17/10/17
