It hung up as soon as I picked up the call

This was the rudest gentleman i have ever had to speak with - he ended up hanging up on me without telling me who he was or where he was from - tried calling the number back but message bank was full!! would love to know who this is!!!

Caller: vision group or some such

Claim to "help me" take advantage of a tax incentive.
Just trying to collect personal details.

I called back number (03) 8804 1482 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
