They range me out of the blue and asked if I was interested in getting a quote for double glazing. Well, I was interested so a man came out showed me their product, measured my window and quoted me $35000 for 2 double sliding doors!!! I nearly fell off my chair. Now they will not stop calling me trying to get me to buy them and offering me discounts, etc. They do not qualify their leads to the sales reps at all so they have no idea if you can afford them or not nor do they ask if you can afford them on the phone beforehand. They offer funding through ZipPay without knowing anything or asking anything about your financial situation. The is a seriously large commitment to make, something along the lines of $119 per week for 36 months with an upfront 20% deposit. All these things need to be discussed and qualified before a sales rep knocks at your door. And now, they dont stop calling!

(03) 8782 9374 indian caller claiming to be a charity but couldnt speak clearly or give a honest description them hung up on me 2 seconds later called back but a female saying something totally different and hung up like it was a prank , i have blocked the number .

I had the rep out maybe a year ago but the cost to do my house, as I wanted to reduce outside noise, was more than a garage would have cost, so I declined. They rang out of the blue recently but now I know from here whose number it is I wont ring back.
