It's Auspost. It would be helpful if they actually spoke when they call on this number. It would also be helpful if they delivered parcels, but then the phone number wouldn't be used because they wouldn't be doing call-backs after complaints. Around and around we go.

They were calling me back for a call back service. However, the phone rung for less than 3 seconds and when I picked up it immediately disconnected

When I answered they hung up

It is Australia Post, they called 4 times at 7am then sent an email regarding a complaint I lodged. Reminded them of 3 hour time zone between East Coast and West Coast.

I asume, from the comments, that this is Auspost, but they didn't even leave a voicemail message, so I won't answer this.
