have called me 4 times today... energy scam/spam

This number rang my twice within 1 hr. Rang back after the 2nd call which my phone ID'd it as "Suspected spam", and sure enough the recorded voice on the other end said "save offers". Blocked.

Received a call and hung up. suspected same with 03 code as always.
