Seeing your other comments about this makes my blood boil. These scamming, thieving Indians have been hassling me ever since I took their first "sample" pack, which they then insisted I needed to pay for (after promising that it was complimentary) and they had set me up on an account where I would get repeat deliveries over time... none of which I agreed to. When I asked them to put something in writing by email, it never came. This is the latest of the 20 odd numbers they have tried to call me on. DO NOT ANSWER IF THIS NUMBER CALLS

keep ringing even though we have asked for the account to be closed and we don't need printer ink. Seems an ex employee is still using the account after requests to have it closed.

really had no idea who my com was until emma started talking and i remembered her from capital print solutions (can't forget some voices!!). she basically tried to ask whether i oversaw the ordering of toners and i knew that if i said yes, she'd probably try to offer a deal so i said no. can 100% guarantee that the company will call again soon, trying to flog some toners that are a) overpriced, b) not genuine, and c) aren't required at all.

if you receive a call from these guys, best to start recording your conversations because they'll try to take advantage of any uncertainty on your end.

today lady rang with accent - I couldn't really understand her - when I said I don't want them come pick them up she said - OH MY GOD! and other statements !
god wont help you lady just pick these up and leave me alone ! or I will contact Government bodies for harassment , bullying and threatening comments

This scammer company called Capital Print Solution rang our office today and as usual, they're calling regarding your "supposed" to be orders from them that was put on halt and that they've got more cartridges to deliver to you and they force you to pay for them. If you hang up, they'll keep calling you and harass you. The same company who ripped money out of a struggling 22 year old who can barely pay her basics has to pay for these cartridges that she was told she ordered without contract. She tried selling the unused cartridges but because they're not genuine, she wouldn't be able to get her money back.
