I answered to silence on the line.
I repeated 3 times “hello who is this?”
An Indian lady initially hesitated, stating my name and claiming to call about my internet.
I got her to repeat my number and then queried her about who she was after. She repeated my name and I told her, she was mistaken and had rung a business number, to which she promptly hung up.
