Hi I only been with vioicetalk for couple of months I really unhappy with them I ask them wat company they are with hey told they are Telstra I thought ok . Now I'm having trouble with them they send me bills out and also sent me messages about the bill and they got me to make payment plan every fortnight night of $50 dollars they are still asking for money I haven't sign a contracted with them they keep hounding me for money . So wat can I do about this I'm so pissed off with them

I have had now many calls from this & similar numbers to my mobile. Supposedly that want to talk about the NBN & internet providers. The address me by my first name and each time I have said I am not interested and don't call again - but they do. One of them even wanted to ague the point by asking "why aren't you interested?" I am on the DON'T CALL list for my landline - but I don't think you can have your landline on the DON'T CALL list. Is what they are doing illegal. Other than figuring out how to block their calls, what can I do about this? Can I report them to someone?

Had a similar call, where the guy I was speaking to kept referring to my existing account (had most of my personal details) and how they wanted to change the plan I had, so I thought I was with speaking with my existing provider. Wasn't til the end of the call where he mentioned Voice Talk that I twigged that I was speaking to a different company. Told him immediately that I wasn't interested and wanted to stay with my existing provider and ended the call, but after reading the comments on this page I immediately contacted my existing provider and told them about the call - they have put a note on my account so that if anyone should try and change it they will immediately contact me.

Told this clown to leave me alone and hung up on him. He then proceeded to ring 30+ times over the next two hours, calling me every filthy name under the sun. He's persistent. He needs to hope I don't find out where he works.

Just rang me - I never answer unknown numbers. Left a voicemail message. While trying to retrieve said message they rang again (declined call). So that was 2 calls in less than 2 minutes! Apparently a "Very important call". No - its not an important call if its unwarranted!

Had several calls from this number and it's variants.Currently saying they are from Aust property investments and are currently looking at my portfolios and notice some discrepancies with my account. Yeah right. Don't even have a property portfolio. Two weeks ago the same number was used for my overdue Energy Australia account of $800! Lovely, I am not on the grid at all. Wankers.

Bloody rude!!! Kept yelling in my ear and distorted all sound!!! Then in frustration spoke louder and with the poorest attitude!!! When I said just remove me from call list he nearly went berserk. Apparently I'm the only person out of thousands he said, that has refused to hear more. It was partially I didn't want to hear and partially his yelling!!!! Don't call again sir!!!

Received another call from Indian racing through a description of Telstra issues in last few weeks, and saying they are sorry and to make it better offered a deal of $99 p/month for phone, Internet bundle. All they need is my land line number and name, and they will email info. I declined and said I was happy with my provider, found out he was from a company called VOICETALK they have a website....he gave his name as Michael, id:2001339 Re: 402323....then he declined he said he was from Telstra. I rang the 1300 882 172 and questioned them, unless I would give them my Land line number and name, he refused to talk to me any further......

Have missed a few calls on my mobile from this number. Today I answered the call. Foreign call centre calling about my internet usage. Extremely rude, and when I asked him to repeat where he was calling from, he said he'd already told me. I said I hadn't caught the name of the company. He literally told me to F***K off.
