Just block it on your phone I did..

I worked in sales for a bit. I'm pretty sure it isn't legal for them to cal you repetedly. It used to be 3 or 4 tries per number. Anything more was considered as harrassment.

Seriously if this number keeps ring me n hanging up im gonna crack n im gonna take it further its effin harrasment all hrs of the day n NIGHT not bloody happy

I have had a call everyday for two weeks between 12 and 2pm every weekday. They are definitely related to Optus and are trying to sell Optus products. I believe the firm is Call Active or something like that - they managed to speak to me one day and I told them I was busy, from then on they have gone to the "phantom" call tactic. In regards to putting yourself on the "Do Not Call" register - they have access to the Optus database, they are legally allowed to call you if you have allowed Optus to advise you of promotional opportunities. I am on the DNC register and have been advised that they are operating completely within the law in what they are doing!

Does anyone know how long they will keep ringing for until they get tired on me not answering the phone and they change numbers so that I may answer the phone?

This number has called every day at the same time for the last 2 weeks. Its someone connected to Optus asking if you are happy with the service. If I wasnt happy I would call Optus dumbasses and now NO Im not happy, this sh*t is getting really old really fast

They're Aliens. They're trying to phone home but unfortunetly keep dialing the wrong numbers.

Have had same problems. It makes me so mad cus I didn't know who it was til I googled the number n came up with a debt collection agency. Dumbos

Guy rang up said he was from Optus saying if I had five mins to chat about the service and I said how long will it really take and he said well I was gonna give you two months free but not anymore and hung up

I just got the call again from em. What I do for these numbers (and that of my ex's) is save em in a "Do Not Answer" contact that grows every few months so I can deny the call when it comes through. That and save it to the reject list on my phone.

I missed it but I don't answer numbers I don't know so they won't be getting me to answer them

said they repersent microsoft and my computer has sent them information regarding errors.
i asked them if they had hacked my computer!

these wankers keep calling me every single day, when I call back, it is just a voice recording saying they are from call active - WHAT IS THAT? when i answer, they hang up, starting to really annoy me now! who are these wankers?

Missed call from this number as well. Very frustrating.

I fixed the them up easy and put a stop to this put a blocker app on my phone it auto dumps this number they tried 8x within 10 minutes and now quite.

Yeah - same thing. Im a happy Optus customer...so this kind of hounding is unwarranted. Ive added to my phones blacklist..... they will get a nice little tune and then im unavailble from now on!

After reading these comment last week I placed the no. in an reject list on my phone when they tried to call last week. They have tried to call again and my phone picked up they were trying to call, but rejected it as expected. Will see if this stops them.

Got a call on my Optus mobile, same thing as described by others.

This number has been calling me constantly for weeks now, driving me nuts! I rang the Optus general customer service number and requested a "marketing calls opt out". Hoping the calls will stop soon - worth a try otherwise I am considering changing to Telstra but assume they would do telemarketing too!

It's Optus and I just received a new phone upgrade because of it - obviously I'm an Optus customer :)
