I forgot to mention that I am in Australia.

I have received several calls to my mobile phone from this number and every time I try to call them back the sound of the dial tone changes and I hear what sounds like a fax machine noise. I screen my calls and very rarely answer the phone to an unknown number so I am curious to find out if anyone knows who this is??? Thanks.
